It's been hot here. Really, really hot. And while I love to cook, I don't enjoy cooking on a hot, hot day. So tonight was a night for a salad supper. Cool. Crisp. Refreshing. And I didn't have to turn on one appliance. Tonight was the perfect night for a little bit of joy in a salad supper!
